Country Sourdough
Country sourdough is a rustic, hearty bread made from a sourdough starter, along with freshly milled flour, water, and sea salt. It has a characteristic tangy flavor from the natural fermentation that produces a moist, chewy crumb and a thick, crackling crust.
Seasonal bread offerings are rotated monthly. Breads offered at different times during the year include Raisin Pecan, Cranberry Walnut, Sun-Dried Tomato & Olive, Jalapeno Cheddar, and Chocolate Cherry. Open to suggestions from customers for other seasonal breads.
